1. Blog updates as an Agenda 'Replacement'-We are able to see how many people are viewing our teacher blogs and the numbers are low! The purpose of our blog is to provide parents and students with an opportunity to know some of the upcoming events, as well as providing you with things to discuss with your child. We are lucky to spend so much time with your children, we would like you to know what they're up to with us! It is also important that your child has expectations that he/she follows. Since we don't have agendas anymore, reading the blog is an expectation that your child has to help them stay organized.

2. Field Trip Change of Expectations-Due to the recent budget, the CBE is facing a funding 'freeze'. This means we are not able to spend ANY money until further notice. This also means that we need to ensure we have appropriate payments made for each student. In order to ensure that we are organized for our field trip, we will be setting a date of Thursday November 21st to make your payment AND to hand the necessary forms in. Those students who have not paid or returned appropriate forms by this date, will be unable to attend.
